HCM Day 2
Day 2, Tammy bringing parents for a massage.
She wanted to bring us to try the 'Wanton Noodles' as during her previous trips, she tasted.....it was damn good!
A pity it was closed.
So we headed straight to the massage area.
Sceneries around the Massage Parlour Kind of early so we search for food around that area, racky abit
Found this stall sells the noodles with don't know what meat
As we were all starving so we just ate whatever was given to us.
But the soup was fantastic nice.
After that we headed to "健之家" for foot massage.
Don't wannna be left out so decided to do it with them too.
It was painful!!!
The gal who massage for me was quite slim & small size but never underestimate her strength.
Took a cab back Hotel after massage.
Dad said he's tired so he rest in hotel while me, Tammy & Mum went to source for lunch.
We saw some food stalls in Ben Thanh Market, decided to try.
Bad mistake!
Though they have pig blood porridge but the prices is so ex.
Me & Tammy had pig blood porridge then Mum Seafood fried rice cost us $100,000 over Vietnam Dong.
And the food not so fantastic too.
We wanted to ask for more pig blood, they said no more!
My bowl of Pig Blood Porridge - If you see close enough, you can notice there's a strand of their hair in the porridge which i scoop out & left at the side of the bowl.
Mum's Seafood Fried Rice
I tried their Ice Coffee, not so bad.
Mum had Avocado Juice while Tammy as usual Lemon Soda Chanh.
After lunch, went to walk around that Ben Thanh Market again.
Mum found a stall that sells Polo Tees cheaper than everywhere else.
Around S$10-S$12 so we bought a few there before heading back hotel to rest.
Today is Seafood Cuisine for dinner.
Service not bad but abit communication problem here & there
I had 7-up, parents grew to luv the Lemon Soda Chanh too
Fried KangKong Stems as i rarely see any leaves
Maybe Vietnamese don't like Vegetable Leaves :)
Boil Clams in Oyster Sauce - it taste so GREAT that we ordered another plate
Fried Chicken
Flower Crab
Steam Crab
BBQ Prawns - ordered 1kg, in the end too much & Tammy got to stuff everything
After dinner, head back to the Night Market for a walk, bought some beer & drinks before heading back hotel.
As usual, we went down for Pig Blood Supper but this time slightly earlier as parents joined us too ^_^
