New Tracking System
Today's meeting, my Boss introduced a new system to track us in the near future.Before this we're actually using the TMS which means Time Management System but the license for all individual users to login expires & now we're only left with 5 free passes therefore he searched around & found this new Bio Access system which uses Finger Prints to access in & out of office.A better updated system to track us group of jail birds!!!In the past, working in this company under my old Boss, Bob, is relax + happy.But now ever since my new Boss took over about 4-5 years ago, everyday became more & more tensed, stressed, full of politics, back stabbing, tracking our every move.We're just like jail birds or maybe worst than jail birds working in this department.Jail Birds get more freedom & less stress than us.Work overloaded, underpaid, tense & stressed working environment.I've been working there for 6 years plus, always trying to keep low profile inorder to survive. If i were to speak up all my views, i guess i would have got sacked ages ago.Now, he even wanted to track our in + out time, go toilet time, break time etcIn our Appraisal, he even wanna track our MC Rate inorder to pull down our increment.He's also measuring our work quantity & work quality.But he put all these above to us in a very nice way saying its to help us improve ourselves!What a crappy Joker he is!
