Dinner at "The Cathay Restaurant"
Had dinner with Aunt Judy, Aunt Chris & Granny at "The Cathay Restaurant" at The Cathay after work. Our first time trying the food there. Atmosphere & environment looks cosy & high class, food also not bad but prices quite steep.
Nice & Cosy environment right? Abit of those olden days time of feelings
See, even their cutleries also so ancient types + the wet towel with their logo
Aunt Judy + Aunt Chris ordered half a Peking Duck
Now, the drumstick of course goes to the highest rank lady in the family that is Granny ^_^
Aunt Ju had this "Lao Wang Gua" Soup
Aunt Chris had this Chicken Leg with "Xiang Luo" Soup, quite tasty as i taste abit of each of their soup

Aunt Judy ordered this Shark Fin Soup for Granny, of course i had a share of tasting it too
Beancurd with Crab Meat & Spinach
Wasabi Prawn, highly recommended by the Supervisor there
Shell-less Prawns with Oats, very nice but too spicy as they put too much Chilli Padi
The meat of the Peking Duck was being fried together with Chestnut into the above pattern to be eaten with Lettuce
As usual, i ordered this Fried Rice with Crab Meat, Dried Scallops & Egg White
Now it's Desserts Time :)

I had Mango Pudding
Aunt Chris had this Black Glutinous Rice with Ice Cream
Aunt Judy had hot "Gui Lin Gao"
And lastly Granny had this Longan with Red Dates "Xue Ha" Soup
After dinner, it started to rain heavily. Luckily all of us have umbrellas so we walked to Parklane Taxi Stand & called a cab home.
