New Year Party!
This year my department Year End Party is held at a very traditional Arabian Restaurant which is located at the junction of Kandahar Street and Baghdad Street name SAMAR Restaurant.
This restaurant only serve us their famous Mint Tea.
It begins with my Boss, Sylvio, presenting all of us a Speechtime to summarise up the Year 2005.
After that in which we are served our food. First was a salad as appettizer then follow by a vegetable soup yum yum. Then follows by our main dish in which we have to choose between chicken & lamb. In the end, i was being encouraged by my colleagues to try the lamb.
After the main dish, we're being served the dessert of cakes with honey syrup & dates from don't know which country.
Now is the lucky draw time, this year i've got myself a Oil Burner as usual. Last year, i got a metal oil burner. It seems this company has no sense of being innovative. Every year almost same gifts.
There's also something very interesting which i discover there, that is the "ShiSha" in which my colleague ask for Apple Favour & they even made me took a puff haha just like normal smoking. They said this is 'Opium" in chinese.
Lastly the whole event ended around 5pm with photo taking session.
