Long Weekends!
Endured till Friday where there's a long weekends ahead, so happy! After work accompanied Judy to Airport to meet her colleagues & picked up her luggage. Had dinner with Shirley & her at "Crystal Jade Restaurant"where she treated me as a form to celebrate me getting my license finally.
Saturday, received a pamphlet regarding a restaurant having a promotion offering 60 over dishes all selling at S$4.80 per dish so went to try during lunch with Family. When i reached home, Mr. Postman delivered my new driving license to me. Somehow feeling kind of tired & no mood so when Joanne 'jio' go drinking at night, i rejected. Moreover i got to wake up early tomorrow.
Arrival of Sunday, very excited & happy today as i'm going to borrow my Godmum's mini van & drive my parents + Jasmine out. Initially i was still unfamiliar with it so while doing reversing, the vehicle lose control + i was unable to locate the accelerator & clutch causing Mum to bang her hand against the metal door which became swollen. I felt so guilty :(
We went Redhill Market for breakfast then drove up to Toa Payoh for the Electronic Warehouse Sales but was too crowded that we gave up & changed our venue to Sim Lim Square. Was pleased that the CDR sold there was much cheaper than the warehouse sale. But i was unable to get the MMC Card that i want. Left in disappointment!! Last destination was the temple at Bukit Batok for me to donate some oil money.
Monday was a so call excursion day for Duncan, Joanne, Jasmine, Tammy & me. Our venue was Kusu Island. Unfortunately we went unprepared so was starving & had no choice but to check things out at the temple. They offered fried rice & fried noodles but S$4.00 per plate & drinks at S$1.50 per can. We got no choice but to buy from them as the whole island had no other food stalls. We saw the workers there building a Food Center with many vacant stalls guess very soon there will be food & drinks sold on the island. The overall trip was fun & pleasant. We were all so enthusiastic chatting away planning our next & future excursions venues. We planned to go Pulau Ubin, Batam, Zoo, Bird Park, Reptile Parketc
We forgot to bring camera so we had to use our handphones to take pictures. Took a few nice sceneries shots. After Kusu Island, we went Harbour Front for a walk. Had dinner at "Pasta Mania" before taking a cab home.
Last night after work, Duncan + Tammy + Jasmine + me went West Mall to watch 'Divergence'. It was a nice movie especially when there's cool & suave guys to see hahahaha bet Jasmine & Tammy must be drooling away hahaha
Recently the weather in Singapore is so damn hot that can kill!!!!!
