Brainless Fucker!
Singapore most cunning + stupidest fool + idiotic asshole appears in my company! Mentally & physically stressed + angry + pissed because of this bastard. Therefore friends & everyone who read my blog today, pardon me & my language as i am reliving some stress here to relax myself also trying to cool myself down by doing some typing.
This Fucker initially took over the position of becoming my Boss, employed a lot of new manpower. Then perform a retrenchment exercise after these people loses their work values. NOW, dateline for project coming up then he exert pressure on the remaining poor few miserable staffs left. Make us work 2 hours OT everyday & even work on Saturday just to fulfill the target. Is it our fault that we are not able to hit target? Even when i'm sick, also can't take MC, can't afford the time to go see doctor. We are Humans not Robots!!!
He's ONLY paying me S$1,600 but paying the rest S$2K & above yet we are all doing the same thing. Reasons being "Oh because i got no Aviation Background" What craps & rubbish is he talking about? What the fuck! What kind of lame excuse is he giving. Hey it's not that my work is very lousy done or what. Is he forcing me to slack because i realize no matter how hardworking or how much efforts i put in, my efforts & work is never appreciated!!!
Working OT, everyone is paid too. I'm being paid so little yet i have to produce the same amount of output, FAIR???
I know in this cruel work, nothing is fair. Apart from accepting this fact, it seems that i got no other choice.
* Sigh * after venting abit here, i'm feeling much better now ^_^
