Retrenchment Exercise :(
My team is known as RFC which consists of 11 members. We just had a changed of team leader downsizing to 10.
Yesterday our cunning idiotic conducted a retrenchment exercise after his trip back from Zurich. He terminated 1 Indian Guy & retrenched 2 Chinese Guys. That Indian Guy was terminated due to incorrect working attitude & producing lousy results. This guy should have been terminated long time ago. Management blinded. To think that he even passed a stupid remark saying "It's the company lost for losing a smart guy like me" oh God, i almost puked my lunch out upon hearing it. Aren't he ashamed of himself for saying such thing when he can't produce results & have working attitude problem?
All along my company sort of has 3 main gangs: Chinese, Indian & Malay. The majority are made up of Indians + Malays. Chinese Gang only have 8 people. Most importantly is there are numerous political issues between all these gangs. Everyone has their own differences towards certain matters.
Today, 1 of my Chinese colleague tendered his resignation. At the same time, i was shocked to hear that 1 more Chinese colleague is going to tender anytime. All my lunch kakis are leaving me just like that. At the end of it, guess there will only be 4 people left in the Chinese Gang including me. I'm left with no one to talk to. Feel so demoralized & disappointed in this 'Hell'. It's so damn pathetic that out of the whole company of 40 people has only 12 Chinese.
Sometimes i wondered, is it because those Chinese in my company doesn't know how to polished the ass of the Boss, in the end, they became the chosen preys for retrenchment???
During my almost 3 years observation in this company, i felt that the Management & our Boss are very biased people. They are never fair in handling matters, utterly disappointed in them. No more hope for this company anymore!!!
