Appraisal for Year 2004!!!
Just got my appraisal today. Was given a minor pay rise but still far from what i expected. The percentage 7.2% might sound alot to you but total salary still damn miserable.
According to my Big Boss, overall performance was good & meets the requirements as i learned from scratch with a non-aviation background. He also commented that i'm too quiet & lack of confident. Hmm........i thought i've been very noisy all these while. Why can't my bosses hear my voice? Either they are deaf or i am too soft spoken. Or maybe i'm just a small fry, they don't have time to pay much attention towards me. If it's because i'm too soft spoken, time for me to train up my vocal power. Hahahaha
Another good feedback was my MCs rate. I was complimented that the number of days were lesser than previous year but they also say there could be further improvement in which i assured them too. Oh....so cannot anyhow take MC nowadays else i'll be going back on my words.
What do i have to do inorder to secure a friendship? What can i do to prove that i really cherish you alot as my friend? I don't ever wish to lose you. If you are reading my blog now, you should know that i'm definitely talking about you. I can assured you now that anytime you needs me, i'll definitely be there for you! Please give me a chance & don't ignore me.
Lastly, i'm looking forward to watch 'House Of Fury', 'Miss Congeniality 2' & 'Be Cool'. See which friend interested too maybe can go watch together this weekend. ^_^
